L’Éternel redevint bienveillant à leur égard et, les prenant en pitié, se tourna vers eux à cause de son alliance avec Abraham, Isaac et Jacob; car il ne voulut pas les détruire, et jusqu’à présent il ne les a jamais repoussés loin de lui.

He who blessed our fathers, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, may He bless this tender, circumcised child (child's Hebrew name) son of (father's Hebrew name) and grant him a complete recovery, because he has entered into the covenant. And even as he has entered into the covenant, so may he enter into the [study of] Torah, chupah [the nuptial canopy] and good deeds. And let us [all] say Amein.
